We are seeking motivated and proactive Sales Executives to join our ambitious team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our new client acquisition and revenue growth. You will identify promising business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and execute sales strategies that deliver tangible results. This position is perfect for a communicator with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.

Role Description

As a Sales Executive, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Your core responsibilities will include:

First, you will proactively identify and target new potential clients within our strategic market segments.
You will build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
A primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed your individual and team targets.
Furthermore, you will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly communicating the value of our technology solutions.
You will also negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Finally, you will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and identify new market opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for candidates with a blend of foundational education and key interpersonal strengths:

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating value and building rapport.
Strong capabilities in client relationship management and customer service.
A proven results-driven mindset with the determination to meet and surpass sales targets.
While not mandatory, prior experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a significant advantage.
Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently are crucial for success.
