Process & Plant Automation Ghana Ltd (TAGG) is seeking a proactive Showroom Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our retail space. This role is central to ensuring efficient sales activities, meticulous inventory control, and exceptional customer service. You will supervise the shop floor team directly, requiring a disciplined leader who can multitask effectively, learn new systems quickly, and drive high performance standards.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

You will oversee all showroom functions to guarantee operational excellence and team productivity.

Supervise and coordinate daily showroom activities to ensure seamless operations.
Lead, guide, and motivate the shop floor team to achieve set sales and service targets consistently.
Maintain proper product presentation, showroom cleanliness, and an inviting overall aesthetic.
Oversee precise inventory management, including stock monitoring, accuracy checks, and reporting.
Collaborate closely with the inventory and finance departments to resolve any stock discrepancies.
Ensure strict team adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Support sales growth through effective customer engagement strategies and team supervision.
Handle basic operational issues promptly and escalate complex matters as required.
Enforce punctuality, discipline, and professionalism among all team members.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and other required operational updates.
Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) Duties
You will maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all company OHS&E procedures, following safe work instructions, and participating in hazard identification and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or the Social Sciences/Humanities.
Have proven experience in showroom management, retail supervision, or inventory control.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
Possess knowledge of electrical products; this is a significant advantage.
Exhibit strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.

Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

Possess good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Exhibit problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Show accountability and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Have proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Requirements

Candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays and public holidays as required by operational needs. Furthermore, you must be flexible and available to support extended business hours when necessary.
