Job Title: University Provost

Overview

The Council of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi announces a significant leadership opportunity for distinguished academics. Appointment Terms and Compensation

This is a full-time executive appointment. Initially, the term lasts for three years, contingent upon the candidate not having reached the mandatory retirement age of sixty. Following a successful performance review, the University may renew the appointment for one additional three-year term. Therefore, the maximum possible service as Provost is six years. After this period, the individual may choose to return to a faculty position within the university. Importantly, the university offers a highly attractive salary and a comprehensive fringe benefits package commensurate with this senior leadership role.
