Job Title: Senior Market Research Executive

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Market Research Executive to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This role is a key client-facing position where you will act as a primary contact for a specific area of your client’s business. You will manage data requests and project briefs, delivering timely and insightful analysis while actively identifying new growth opportunities for Kantar Worldpanel. This position is ideal for an analytical professional passionate about translating data into strategic action.

Role Purpose

Your core purpose is to ensure exceptional service delivery and insight generation for your assigned clients. You will handle all their data and research needs, build trusted relationships, and contribute directly to account growth by spotting potential revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management:

First, you will serve as a key point of contact, attending on-site client days and owning all related data requests and project briefs.
You will deliver a highly responsive service to build strong, trust-based relationships with your client contacts.
A core duty involves understanding your client’s broader information ecosystem and proactively introducing relevant Worldpanel capabilities to solve their challenges.
Furthermore, you will manage your own workload, anticipate client needs, and support your manager in client meetings and follow-ups.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

You will assume responsibility for checking the accuracy of regular client reports and analyses.
You will confidently use advanced analytical tools like Powerview to produce and interpret key analyses, focusing on identifying patterns and making actionable recommendations.
Additionally, you will manage client briefs end-to-end—designing methodology, running analyses, and adding insightful commentary grounded in category knowledge.
You will begin applying broader insight principles to add greater context and depth to your work.

Personal & Team Development:

You will actively participate in training programs and your own performance management.
You will build effective internal networks, offer support to team members, and proactively seek to grow your client and category knowledge.
Finally, you will demonstrate a positive, inquisitive, and committed approach to all aspects of your role.
