Role Overview

As Human Resources Manager, you will architect and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support our unique blend of hospitality and creative retail operations. This position requires both strategic planning capabilities and hands-on approach to people management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to creative industries
Develop workforce planning strategies that support business growth objectives
Establish performance management systems that drive employee development
Create innovative employee engagement and retention programs
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse operational roles
Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution procedures

Qualifications and Experience
