Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
Participate in technical design sessions and develop solution documentation
Apply Salesforce best practices, including evaluating design trade-offs
Implement Salesforce solutions aligned with platform standards
Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Build and manage integrations with back-office systems and third-party APIs
Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migrations
Follow coding standards and participate in peer code reviews
Evaluate existing ICT systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions

Requirements
