International Registered Nurse Visa Sponsorship to USA

We are searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) with an International Education to provide high-quality care for patients residing in American hospitals and other healthcare facilities. This position is referred to as an International Educated Nurse (IEN). The ideal candidate will be a responsible professional who has had adequate training and will be able to provide excellent nursing care with only minimal oversight. You will have a sympathetic nature and a calm demeanor.

You will have the capacity to adhere to the health and safety rules in a reliable and consistent manner. It is our mission to provide patients with nursing care of the highest possible standard in order to improve their overall health.

Completely Funded Nurse Training Program

  • Enroll in an NCLEXTM course that lasts for three months in order to get ready for the licensing exam.

Needs and demands

  • A license to practice as a registered nurse (RN).
  • A bachelor’s degree in nursing science from an accredited institution. Please take note that diplomas earned in either two or three years are ineligible. You must have received your education from a school located in either Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Canada, Cameroon, or the United States of America.
  • Exceptional communication abilities in the English language.

Duties and obligations

  • Continue to monitor the patient’s condition and evaluate their requirements in order to offer the highest quality care and guidance.
  • Pay attention to, analyze, and convey the patient’s symptoms to the attending medical staff
  • Work together with the patient’s physicians and registered nurses to develop unique treatment regimens for each patient.
  • Carry out standard procedures (such as taking patients’ blood pressure and giving them injections, among other things) and fill out the patients’ charts.
  • Make adjustments to the patient’s medication, give it to them, and deliver therapies in accordance with the doctor’s directions.
  • Conduct a thorough inspection of the facilities and take the necessary steps to ensure the highest possible standards of cleanliness and safety (decontaminating equipment, disinfecting surfaces, making beds, etc.).
  • Ensure that all urgent medical needs are immediately addressed
  • Help the surgeons out while they are operating.
  • Provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, as well as training for them
  • Create an atmosphere that is encouraging and empathetic toward patients and their families so that you can provide care for them.
  • Increase your knowledge and abilities by participating in educational workshops, conferences, and other such events.
