Visionary Daniel Dunlop established the World Energy Council in 1923 after bringing together representatives from 40 nations to discuss global energy issues. It has had to adjust to a changing environment. Throughout history, we have never deviated from the fundamental concept of an unbiased, objective, and realistic organization.
