HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGER Job at a RURAL BANK

A reputable Rural Bank in Ashanti Region is looking for qualified applicants to occupy the following positions: HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGER

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Firstly, Consistently recruit excellent staff.
• Secondly, Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Thirdly, Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
• Then, Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Also, Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Moreover, Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Additionally, Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Besides that, Creating clear and concise reports.
• More so, Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
• Afterwards, Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Furthermore, Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Last but not least, Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Finally, Leading a team of junior human resource managers.

Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 5 years experience in HR.
• Master’s Degree with three years experience in HR
• Should have a minimum of two years experience in HR Managerial Position.
• HR experience in Banking will be an added advantage.
• Lastly, A Member of any HR professional body; CIPD, SHRM, CIHRMP, SPHRI and other relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
