Role Summary
Homely Services is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Associate to generate & qualify leads, contact prospects and sell our services. We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with sales experience and great communication skills. Your day will consist of interacting with and sourcing new prospects through site visits, cold-calling, follow-up calls etc. The ultimate measure of success is your ability to drive new business to Homely Services LLC.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through on-the-ground visits, industry research, referrals, etc
- Follow-up proactively on leads generated to convert them into paying customers
- Research prospective B2B clients in the construction industry, and arrange meetings to pitch/sell Homely services
- Manage a rigorous pipeline (database) of prospective leads and drive consistent daily activity to drive leads into sales.
Requirements
- Minimum high school degree or HND
- Be an Ambassador of the Homely values of customer-centricity, trustworthiness and reliability
- Sales minded professional with experience in hospitality, household services, real estate or similar sectors
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client focus and an ability to overcome rejection
- Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment
