Guidance on COVID-19 to NABCO Trainees, Timesheet Submission
Following the directive from H. E. The President of the Republic and considering the growing need for people to avoid a lot of social contacts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, NABCO Trainees are advised to pay attention to the following:
1.All trainees must continue to attend to their work places and follow guidance from their MIPs.
2.Regarding timesheet submission, in order for us to avoid clustering and assemblage for timesheets submission at the office premises Between Thursday 19th March to Wednesday 25th March 2020,
We advise trainees:
* to get their month of March 2020 timesheet signed by their respective line managers as usual,
* Write their NABCO reference numbers-passwords(to login the portal) and contact numbers behind the timesheet… before going to the various NABCO offices.
* A box will be provided at the office where you will pay Gh¢2 to the NABCO official assigned (for scanning and uploading on your behalf) after the DC signs and sheet stamped eventually.
* Immediately you pay and drop the sheet you kindly vacate the premises to avoid company or convention.
3.We do understand some trainees eligible for payment missed theirs. Note that it is being worked on to solve such issues as soon as possible.Trainees should keep calm as monies genuinely owed affected ones will be paid.
4.In these strenuous and burdensome times, We entreat colleagues to take their personal hygiene and health seriously by following precautionary measures as offered by authorized institutions.
