Technical Implementation Manager

DUTIES 

  • Serve as the team advocate for Implementation in terms of cross team communications, partnerships and functions
  • Provide guidance and expertise for the Everwage HR and Payroll application and onboarding process
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity for the Implementation Team by auditing clients’ payroll data (including tax filings and imported payroll history from a client’s previous provider) and ensuring accurate data is setup on Everwage
  • Resolving errors during prior payroll ingestion to make sure clients start with their on-target payroll date
  • Help clients through their first payroll run and make sure they have the knowledge to run future payrolls independently
  • Perform detailed audits of historical data, company level data and employee level data to ensure accuracy and credibility throughout the Implementation
  • Manage client expectations – Serve as client advocate to resolve any concerns that may detract from an optimal client experience
  • Work closely with our sales, product and other internal teams to develop and prioritize product improvements
  • Communicates regularly with prospects during the Implementation to understand their pain points and liaise with the product team to deliver results
  • Update the company’s CRM, the Pipedrive, with Implementation details, various stages and scheduled times for Implementation

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a First Degree from a recognized institution or a Higher National Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership of work, and tremendous project/time management skills
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office essentials (especially Excel)
  • Must be comfortable with data-packed spreadsheets, and know your way around excel formulas
  • Must be able to manage time and calendar schedules using Google calendar and Pipedrive
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Drive; Grit; Team oriented; Self-motivated
