DJ Snake is a rapper and disc joker in France. He was born in Paris to Algerian parents. William Sami Étienne Grigahcine, known by his stage name as Dj Snake was born on June 13th, 1986. He had his early life upbringing in Ermont, a town on the outskirts of Paris. Growing up there, Grigahcine refers to the place as a ghetto.
He stopped schooling at a younger age to work for a well-known record label in France. According to him, he got his name ” Dj Snake” as a result of constantly escaping from the grip of police officials. During his time at the record label, Dj Snake said he came across a number of recognized artists.
According to him, he made a decision to become a DJ when he saw DJ Cut Killer performing. He met his manager at a younger age when working with the record label and Steve Goncalves helped him to produce his first song.
