- On or after the scholarship application deadline, applicants cannot be Executive Directors, Alternates, or Staff of any World Bank Group organization (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International Development Association, International Finance Corporation, Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, or International Center for
- Hold a full-time, paid development-related job when applying for the scholarship.
- Applicants must have at least three years of paid development-related experience after obtaining a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent university degree) within the last six years from the application deadline. - Applicants from fragile or conflict-affected countries must provide proof of employment, but limited employment opportunities in FCS countries are considered (see Annex 3).

- The applicant must assess eligibility based on their specific circumstances. The JJ/WBGSP Secretariat will not make this decision for you.
- JJ/WBGSP scholarship recipients cannot be actively enrolled in a participating program.
