France Star Scholarship 2026 for International Students
The France Star 2026 Program is a prestigious and dynamic research collaboration initiative that unites France and South Korea under the auspices of the Hubert Curien Partnership (PHC). This collaborative effort is a testament to the commitment of both nations toward advancing scientific knowledge and innovation.
In France, the program is jointly managed and funded by two prominent governmental bodies: the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR). These institutions play a crucial role in fostering international research relations and enhancing the quality of higher education through strategic partnerships.
On the South Korean side, the program is driven by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF), which operates under the guidance of the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT). The NRF is instrumental in promoting scientific research and education, ensuring that researchers and institutions have the necessary support to thrive in a global environment.
Furthermore, the France Star 2026 Program aims to bolster scientific and technological cooperation between research institutions in both countries, paving the way for innovative collaborations across various disciplines. Also, by fostering exchanges of ideas and expertise, the initiative seeks to create opportunities for young researchers and PhD candidates to engage in mobility programs that enhance their professional development. This collaborative environment not only stimulates intellectual growth but also contributes to the advancement of knowledge and technology, ultimately benefiting society at large.
