Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales Excellence

Provide expert guidance on flooring options and interior decor solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and showcase material samples to clients
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records
Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed sales

Client Relationship Management

Build strong customer relationships through personalized service
Address customer concerns and provide effective solution recommendations
Maintain detailed client preference records for future reference
Coordinate with installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Product Knowledge & Showroom Management

Develop a comprehensive understanding of all product lines and specifications
Maintain organized and attractive showroom displays
Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong interest in interior design, home decor, or retail sales
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles
