POSITION: Chief Operations Officer

The Team consists of experts with industry knowledge in Core Banking Applications, Financial Crime Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Cyber Security, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Business Solutions, and more. The directors have established more robust relationships with banks in Ghana and aim to offer innovative solutions to them.
Duties
- Deliver executive guidance in developing and implementing operational strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage day-to-day business activities, ensuring effectiveness, adherence to regulations, and outstanding service.
- Boost sales, foster business development, and enhance revenue growth by effectively implementing business strategies.
- Oversee financial and operational results, encompassing budgeting, reporting, and risk assessment.
- Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee accountability and ongoing enhancement.
- Develop and oversee strategic alliances to enhance business growth and market visibility.
- Promote an environment of creativity, teamwork, and excellence throughout the organization.
- Oversee and guide senior managers to guarantee successful achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Skills or Experience
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related area (MBA is preferred).
- At least eight (8) years of advancing leadership experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in a senior role in operations, sales, or business development.
- Extensive knowledge in operational management, income generation, and strategic implementation.
- Proven history of achieving sales goals and promoting quantifiable business expansion.
- Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Robust skills in communication, negotiation, and managing stakeholders.
- Having experience in software solution sales is beneficial.
