Job Duties

  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand prospect infrastructure, challenges, and solution requirements effectively.

  • Support trial implementations by configuring dashboards, generating reports, and optimizing user experience continuously.
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance to prospects throughout the evaluation and decision-making processes efficiently.
  • Train sales teams regularly, ensuring strong product knowledge and consistent technical messaging across engagements.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, insights, and technical findings within CRM systems accurately.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is strongly preferred for applicants.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in systems administration or sales engineering roles is required.
