We are currently seeking a proactive Full Stack .NET Developer who possesses a blend of development expertise and practical IT support skills to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

This hybrid role combines application development with customer and internal IT support, requiring versatility and strong problem-solving abilities.

Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications and cross-platform apps using .NET Core and .NET MAUI.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio IntelliCode to accelerate development cycles and improve overall code quality.
Provide direct customer support by troubleshooting application issues and maintaining the reliability of internal IT systems.
Ensure robust data security, manage routine backups, and support IT infrastructure.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, handle client onboarding processes, and contribute to project management.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or possess equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrate strong programming skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET MAUI, with experience in XAML, native platform integrations, and application deployment.
Possess solid database knowledge, particularly with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Have practical experience with Git version control, designing and consuming REST APIs, implementing authentication, and understanding Azure basics.
Show proven, hands-on experience with AI coding assistance tools in a professional development workflow.
Exhibit strong IT troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Must reside near East Legon, Accra, and have the valid right to work in Ghana.
