Eya Naturals, a dedicated creator of natural hair and skincare products, is currently seeking to recruit diligent and detail-oriented Production Assistants. This role is based at our facility in Spintex, Accra, and represents an excellent entry point into the natural cosmetics manufacturing industry.

About the Role

As a Production Assistant, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team. You will support the daily production operations, ensuring our high-quality natural products are crafted efficiently and consistently. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative workshop environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or its equivalent qualification.
Have a basic understanding and interest in natural hair and skincare product ingredients and processes.
Demonstrate basic technical and mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining production equipment.
Exhibit a strong ability to work effectively as part of a coordinated team.
Possess meticulous attention to detail to ensure product consistency and quality control.
Show basic computer literacy for data entry and following digital work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

While comprehensive training will be provided, core duties will include:

Assisting in the preparation, mixing, and packaging of natural cosmetic products according to standard formulas.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area in compliance with hygiene standards.
Supporting basic equipment operation and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
Accurately labeling and packaging finished products for inventory and distribution.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Location: This position is located at our Spintex, Accra production facility.
