What You Will Need:
Customer service is important to what we do, so you should have previous experience in the service industry and working with a wide range of people and clients. We accept individuals from a variety of disciplines, including retail, hospitality, and the creative arts, as long as they promote client happiness. We offer a thorough induction and intensive training.
Leadership – You will be working in a small team of 2–5 people (depending on the size of your center), thus you should be able to work independently. IWG leaders inspire, care for, and nurture their workers so that they are motivated to give world-class customer service every single day. If you join us, you will have the potential to progress your career immediately!
Tech – We use a variety of systems and technology in our centers, so you should be comfortable with basic IT programs such as Microsoft Office. We will teach you the rest.
