Job Title: Community Sales Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Community Sales Manager to oversee daily operations while spearheading revenue growth and cultivating an exceptional member experience.

This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on community management. You will guide a dedicated team, foster meaningful customer relationships, and showcase how flexible workspace solutions can transform modern business operations.

A Day in Your Role

Your mornings begin with a collaborative team briefing to coordinate daily priorities and ensure seamless center operations. As members arrive, you provide a warm welcome while assisting meeting room guests with technical setups and facility orientations.

Throughout the day, you engage with both new and existing members, identifying opportunities to enhance their workspace experience. You conduct personalized tours for prospective clients and strategize networking introductions to strengthen community connections.

Additionally, you manage key accounts—preparing for corporate move-ins, coordinating welcome materials, and ensuring flawless onboarding. You also represent your center in regional leadership meetings, sharing insights and best practices with fellow managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily center operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of community associates.
  • Drive sales initiatives to attract new members and expand center revenue.
  • Build strong member relationships through personalized engagement and proactive support.
  • Organize and host networking events that promote community interaction and lead generation.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems for scheduling, reporting, and communications.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing management, ideally within hospitality, events, or coworking sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse professionals.
  • Leadership capability with a track record of motivating teams and driving performance.
