Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing telesales and affluent sales managers to boost profitability and satisfy business objectives.
Area Oversight Responsibilities:
- Manages sales support processes to ensure the profitability of offices under his/her management and meeting company targets.
- Manages administrative processes to optimize resource use.
- Ensures exceptional customer service within the units.
Budget Control:
- Manages team budget.
Sales/Productivity:
- Manages sales operations to maximize profitability.
- Collaborates with the Sales Manager to identify and expand into new markets.
- Creates a local marketing and resource plan.

Stakeholder Management:
- Manages relationships with key stakeholders, both within and externally.
- Team effectiveness involves individual accountability for staff time, duties, and output quality.

Requirements
- Relevant degree in Insurance or Business
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance business or bank with great performance.
