POSITION: Lead Field Sales
Job Description
Herbalife invites an experienced sales professional to become our Lead for Field Sales in Ghana. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the essential link between Herbalife and our network of independent Distributors. Your primary focus will be building trusted relationships with distributor leaders, actively supporting their business growth, and encouraging engagement through proven methods. This strategic position identifies growth opportunities within distributor journeys, recommends best practices, and implements initiatives for sustainable sales expansion.
You will maintain a strong field presence, dedicating approximately seventy to eighty percent of your time to direct, in person engagement with Distributors across your region.
Core Responsibilities
- You will act as frontline support for our Members, engaging with leaders at every level to encourage development and advance our nutrition mission.
- Maintain Structured Communication: Execute regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication plans to understand Member trends, pinpoint new opportunities, and deliver tailored support.
- Organize and Lead Events: Coordinate and actively participate in training seminars, Herbalife Opportunity Meetings, and other local and national events.
- Analyze and Guide Performance: Utilize Bizworks and additional analytical tools to generate insights. You will then guide Members in optimizing their business strategies based on this data.
- Promote Initiatives and Launches: Champion new product introductions, clarify event qualifications, and share successful working methods from other global markets.
- Support Daily Operations: Visit Fitclubs, Nutrition Clubs, and Member-led initiatives like Weight Loss Challenges to support and enhance their daily methods of operation.
Required Skills and Experience
- Candidates must possess at least five years of experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management, or Sales and Marketing. Experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools. You must interpret data and translate insights into actionable field strategies.
- Exhibit a mature, composed demeanor with a customer service orientation and a deep appreciation for relationship building.
- Are comfortable with extensive local travel and occasional participation in weekend or evening events.
- Hold a valid driving license, which is mandatory for this role.
- Experience in the nutrition or wellness industry is beneficial, but not required.
