Since our founding in 2014, we have excelled in land sales, construction, and property management. We are now seeking a dedicated Structural Engineer to join our team. This role, based in Tema Community 25, reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers a significant opportunity for professional growth within our responsible and respectful work culture.

Position Overview and Impact

As a Structural Engineer, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure the integrity, safety, and quality of our building projects. You will play a crucial role in translating architectural visions into safe, buildable structures that meet our high standards for excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering and one to three years of relevant experience within the construction industry.

Prior experience working directly for a construction company is a strong advantage.
A Professional Engineer (PE) certification or its equivalent is also beneficial.
Must demonstrate proficiency in core structural engineering principles and modern design tools.
Possess strong knowledge of local building codes, construction standards, and industry best practices.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving, analytical, and clear communication skills.
Have the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects comprehensively from concept to completion.
Show a critical attention to detail and the capacity to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Be familiar with local safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Display leadership potential for supervising on-site construction activities.
Remain open to innovative technologies and practices and adapt positively to change.
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.
