POSITION: Sales Executive

Burn is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead cluster team leaders and field sales teams, and ensure portfolio quality across an assigned territory. Your Mission

Sales Performance

  • You will drive regional sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, market share, and growth targets.
  • Monitoring progress against targets and adjusting strategies as needed.

Team Leadership

  • You will lead, coach, and develop cluster team leaders, TCRs, and field sales teams to deliver high performance, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Portfolio Quality

  • You will ensure portfolio quality by achieving a minimum of 90% repayment efficiency.
  • Maintaining an average customer usage rate of 1.2 across all sales within the region.

Strategy Execution

  • You will develop and execute regional commercial strategies and action plans aligned with national business objectives.
  • Translating national goals into actionable territory plans.

Customer Lifecycle Management

  • You will drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and usage to ensure sustainable growth and long term customer value.
  • Reducing churn and increasing repeat purchases.

Data Analysis

  • You will monitor and analyze sales, usage, repayment, and operational performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Using data to make informed decisions.

Compliance

  • You will ensure full carbon compliance and adherence to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Relationships
