European Easy Visa for Non-EU Citizens | Move to 6 Countries Without a Job Offer

Some European Union countries strive to attract many foreigners with a high standard of living, decent education, and low taxes. To address labor shortages, many EU countries also require many workers.

The EU Commission announced proposals to boost migration from feed countries to the EU to overcome labor shortages in several industries. The Commission of Home Affairs and Employment and Social Rights announced a labor migration portal to help EU members solve their issues. Some EU nations offer job-seeker visas. Let’s Examine a job seeker visa.

Foreigners can enter a country for work using a Job Seeker Visa. They can work till their visa expires. The question is which European nations grant job seeker visas. At the moment, six European countries in the Schengen Zone are offering job seeker visas to international applicants, mostly from third countries. 6 countries that grant work visas without an Offer Letter

1 . Austria

Austria grants job-seeker visas to “extremely highly skilled individuals (experienced top-level personnel, such as scientists and senior-level top-managers).

  • Six months Dration
  • Eligibility: Austria’s 100-point list for highly qualified workers demands 70 score. Awards, research and invention, academic degrees, gross compensation, language competency, and others are listed.
  • Documentation: Your valid passport, photo, proof of local accommodation, health insurance, and appropriate subsistence, as well as documentation supporting the points list that you check off.

2 . Denmark

Student and employee job-seeking residency permits are available in Denmark. During this job search, students can work up to 20 hours per week and full-time only in June, July, and August. Professionals can only use this permit to find work.

  • Duration: Six months.
  • Eligibility requirements: If their work is cut, Danish residents with specific residence permits can apply for job-seeking permission. They must apply for the job-seeking visa within two days of termination. This permit allows Ph.D. or other graduate students to work after graduation.
  • Documents: Valid passport, evidence of paid fee, letter of dismissal or jobless reason, and biometrics.

3 . Germany

  • Duration: Six months
  • Eligibility: 18+, Bachelor’s degree, and five years of work experience. A blocked account for €5,604 (Rs4,94,105) or a sponsor’s commitment letter will confirm your financial stability while you search for a job in Germany.
  • Documents: A passport issued in the previous 10 years and valid for at least 12 months, three passport photos, a cover letter, proof of academic qualifications, proof of accommodation and financial means, proof of degree, your CV, health insurance, and your birth certificate or Aadhaar card.

4 . Sweden

If you have an advanced degree, you can get a residency visa to work or start a business in Sweden.

  • Duration: 3–9 months
  • Eligibility criteria: You need an advanced degree. Your degree must be a 60-credit, 120-credit, professional, or postgraduate/PhD degree. This requires financial independence.
  • Documents: A valid passport, academic transcripts, proof of sufficient cash, health insurance, and a digital copy of a signed letter of consent authorizing the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR) must contact higher education institutions in your home country to verify your education.

5 . Portugal

  • Duration: 120 days (renewable 60 days)
  • Eligibility criteria: For eligibility information, contact the Portuguese Diplomatic Portal.
  • Documents: Completed visa application, passport with three months validity, two pictures, criminal record certificate, travel insurance, and proof of financial resources equal to three months’ pay.

6 . Spain

Spain grants job-seeker visas to university graduates seeking jobs or company ventures.

  • Duration: 12–24 months
  • Eligibility Criteria: Spanish higher education is required. Your residency requires private or public medical insurance and appropriate cash. European Qualifications Framework Level 6 or higher is required for university admission.
  • Documents: A valid passport, a filled EX01 form (for passport details, application purposes, etc.), a health insurance certificate, and an academic certificate with credentials or a diploma.
