Job Duties

Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, and complete installations of edgebander machinery efficiently.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system faults using structured troubleshooting techniques.
Set up, calibrate, and commission machines while ensuring optimal operational performance and reliability.
Train machine operators on correct usage, safety procedures, and maintenance best practices effectively.
Provide technical support both remotely and on-site to resolve customer issues promptly.
Prepare detailed service reports, parts recommendations, and accurate technical documentation consistently.

Job Requirements

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven experience repairing and installing edgebanders.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics accurately and confidently.
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills across multiple machine systems and components.
Experience working with glue systems, trimming units, buffers, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.
