POSITION: Credit Relationship Officer

Cyrus MicroCredit Ghana is seeking a proactive and client-focused Credit Relationship Officer to join our team in Accra. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Your core function is to build trust and provide exceptional support to our clients throughout their credit journey.

Engage in daily, constructive interactions with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
Assist clients comprehensively through the entire credit application and assessment process.
Educate clients on product terms, responsible borrowing, and repayment procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess a WASSCE certificate as a minimum educational qualification.
