Apply For the Chinese President Scholarship Program 2021. Chinese President Scholarship Program is a Free Scholarship in China for Undergraduate & Graduate Students. Applicants having Any Nationality are eligible for this Fully Funded Scholarship. Presidential Scholarships will be given by different universities in China to Internationals elected students.
There is No Need for an English Language Test e.g IELTS & TOEFL you can apply on behalf of the English Proficiency certificate. Ministry of Education in China is providing funds for this Chinese Scholarship. A wide range of courses is available in this scholarship. Duration of BS is 4 years, MS Degree is 2 years & PD Degree is 3 years.
A list of Universities where students will study is given in this post. More than 750 degrees are offered. All expenses will cover by the Chinese education ministry. Free Accommodation, Tuition fees with stipend will be given to selected students. China has announced 20,000 Scholarships in China in 2021 Announced. More information is given below:

- Full Tuition fee Waiver. Applicants will not pay any Tuition Fee.
- On-Campus Accommodation will be given to selected students. If anybody is interested to live in off-campus accommodation then a separate allowance will be given to those students.
- Doctoral Degree Student: 2,200RMB/Month Stipend
- Master’s Degree Student:1,800RMB/Month Stipend
- Bachelor’s Degree Student: 1,500RMB/Month Stipend
