The government initiative of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) programme to address graduate unemployment comes with its flexible terms. Pertinent among them is the renewal of engagement letters.
The engagement letter states the legal relationship between the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) and its trainees. This missive states the conditions of service available to trainees.
In the previous (first) Conditional Letter of Engagement, it was clear that a NABCO Trainee is required to satisfy two (2) quarterly evaluations, that is
- End of December 2018
- End of March 2019
before a substantive Letter of Engagement is issued. newsnowgh.com can confirm that the substantive Letter of Engagement is currently available on the NABCO portal.
NB: Engagement letters must be filled, scanned and uploaded unto the portal.
