Carl Poly Products Limited is seeking a proactive Operations Officer to join our management team. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is central to enhancing our company’s efficiency and procedural alignment. You will contribute significantly to policy development, project management, and the continuous improvement of our daily business functions to meet core organizational objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

You will engage in a variety of strategic and administrative tasks designed to streamline operations and support growth.

Report consistently to the Chief Operating Officer on all company processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
Assist in developing and updating company policies while ensuring strict company-wide compliance.
Improve overall business functionality to ensure it aligns perfectly with our core strategic objectives.
Plan, manage, and contribute to key projects while supporting ongoing product innovation initiatives.
Track operational costs meticulously to help maintain healthy profit margins.
Promote efficiency by recommending and implementing improved operational procedures.
Analyze operational data, maintain accurate records, and monitor product inventory levels.
Monitor adherence to established policies and processes across all company departments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must possess an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Have at least one year of professional work experience in an operational or administrative capacity.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit the ability to promote operational efficiency that directly supports business objectives and profitability.
Possess advanced knowledge of the best business practices and operational workflows.
Have experience working with budgets, financial reports, and monitoring departmental expenses.
Show competency in supporting the development of human resources policies and monitoring compliance and performance.
