Canada Express Entry 2023 Latest Update: BCPNP, OINP, SINP | Latest PNP Draws – IRCC

The current PNP drawings happened in Saskatchewan, Ontario, and British Columbia. Find out everything in this article.

Under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), individuals have received nominations from three Canadian provinces this week. Except for Quebec and Nunavut, all Canadian provinces and territories with PNPs include PNP programs or streams intended to target applicants who the section believes can assist in achieving an economic objective, such as reducing a labor shortage.

Many have also created streams specifically for French-speaking immigrants who can contribute to the growth of the French language outside of Quebec. The Federal Express Entry system’s most recent improvements are reflected in these streams.

The province notified on May 31st that qualified applicants for category-based selection may receive invitations in subsequent draws this year. Before introducing the categories, candidates for Express entrance were only invited if they received a high Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, much like the PNP does today. Having professional expertise in a certain field of work may be advantageous. Anyone obtaining a provincial recommendation must submit a separate permanent residency application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Provincial Immigration Results June 2023

1. British Columbia PNP

On June 6, four targeted draws resulted in the invitation of over 157 individuals to British Columbia. All applicants, including Express Entry applicants, were in the British Columbia PNP’s Skilled Worker or International Graduate Streams. In the draw with the highest number of applicants, 112 tech workers with minimum Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS) scores of 90 received invitations.

All three of the remaining draws needed minimum surf scores of 60. 24 early childhood educators and helpers, 21 healthcare professionals, and less than 5 additional applicants for priority occupations were among them.

2. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) received 278 interest notices from applicants on June 5. Two drawings by the province along this watercourse. The first targeted applicants who worked in the fields of education, health, and finance. All of the nominees’ CRS ratings fell between 312 and 487.

In the second draw, which prioritized tech, trades, and other priority occupations, the Province invited an additional 139 individuals. The CRS rating of each nominee ranged from 348 to 487. Candidates for the PNP in this stream must specify whether they prefer evaluation against the Canadian Experience Class or the Federal Skilled Trades Program. They must also prove fluency in both French and English.

3. Immigrant Nominee Program Saskatchewan PNP

On June 8, Saskatchewan held its first drawing of the month. Under both versions of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), the government invited 500 applicants. Candidates needed a little higher score because this draw was smaller than the most recent one on May 18. After all, it was smaller. 232 applicants from the Occupations-in-Demand Stream and 268 candidates from Express Entry also invited.

Only candidates with jobs that matched certain National Occupation Classification codes received nominations. Each candidate had their educational credentials evaluated, and a minimum score of 69 was necessary.
