Job Description

The chartered accountant will have several key responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
• Compile financial data for companies, departments, or individuals.
• Prepare audit findings and reports.
• Generate financial statements and reports.
• Utilize accounting records to prepare income tax returns.
• Evaluate financial documents and reports.
• Review accounting records for accuracy.
• Provide guidance on tax, business, and financial matters.

Job Requirements

Candidates must meet specific qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English is essential.
• Education: A certificate or diploma in a related field is required.
• Experience: Relevant experience is an asset.
• Certification: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.

Experience and Specialization

Candidates should have strong technical skills, including:

• Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software, QuickBooks, Caseware/Caseview, and database software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows.
