Marketing of Loan Products: Actively promote and market the company’s suite of loan products to potential clients within your assigned area.
Credit Appraisal: Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications, analyzing financial data, client credibility, and repayment capacity to make informed recommendations.
Loan Disbursement: Facilitate the accurate and timely disbursement of approved loans, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are fully satisfied.
Monitoring: Implement diligent monitoring procedures for active loans to track repayment performance and identify any potential risks or defaults early.
Recovery: Execute professional and effective recovery strategies for overdue accounts in accordance with company policy, aiming to minimize portfolio delinquency.
