Job Duties

Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and modern data platforms.
Develop dashboards, semantic models, and reports to support business decision-making effectively.
Build and maintain data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and optimized data models consistently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks across BI systems and processes.
Mentor junior BI developers and analysts while promoting best practices in data architecture.
Manage large-scale report migrations and ensure seamless transitions across BI platforms efficiently.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in BI, data analytics, or data architecture roles.
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and enterprise data warehousing solutions.
Experience with Cognos and managing large report migrations across enterprise environments.
Knowledge of capital markets, including trading systems and risk data analysis processes.
Proficiency in ETL tools and data modeling techniques such as star and snowflake schemas.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google BigQuery for data solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor teams and drive BI strategy effectively.
Eligibility for H-1B, L2 EAD, or related work authorization within the United States.
