Beauty Therapist Needed At Juben House of Beauty

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Our company is looking for an all round Beauty Therapist to provide various massage, face, body and nail treatments for clients.

Beauty Therapist responsibilities include conducting skin analyses, giving massage treatments and using temporary and permanent hair removal techniques.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with beauty therapies and good knowledge of skin and body care products.

Ultimately, you will increase client satisfaction and boost our company’s reputation by providing professional beauty services.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct skin analysis (face and body) and provide advice on treatments and products based on each client’s needs while explaining all treatment procedures to the clients.
2. Manage appointments and maintain client records. Update client records with contact details and treatments received.
3. Performing various skin and body treatments according to clients’ needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments, manicures and pedicures.
4. Performing various massage techniques such as hot stone and reflexology on clients’ face, hands, feet, and back.
5. Use treatment equipments properly in rendering service to clients to avoid any contra-indications.
6. Evaluating clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analyses.
7. Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, when appropriate.
8. Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use.
9. Understanding and promoting company programs.
10. Any other role as assigned by the supervisor.

SKILLS

1. Must have an HND in Beauty Therapy, Reflexology or relevant field. A degree is a plus.
2. An active license to practice beauty therapy.
3. Proven work experience as a Beauty Therapist, Spa Therapist or similar role.
4. Must have a working knowledge of all treatment procedures and product and be able to adapt treatments.
5. Hands-on experience with massages, hair removal techniques and face therapies.
6. Up-to-date with cosmetic products and trends.
7. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers
8. Must be neat and smart at all times and have a professional appearance.
