Job Duties

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to venue standards.
Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service for all guests consistently.
Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked bar areas throughout operating hours.
Checking customer identification while complying with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately during daily hospitality operations.
Monitoring customer behaviour and managing disruptive situations according to licensing requirements.
Assisting with stock rotation, inventory management, and beverage ordering procedures regularly.
Collaborating with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless guest experiences consistently.

Job Requirements

Previous bartending or hospitality service experience within restaurants, bars, or similar venues.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or willingness to obtain certification promptly.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with diverse customers.
Ability to multitask effectively within busy and fast-moving hospitality environments.
