About Role

As Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of bar operations within a high-volume, full à la carte restaurant environment. You will lead and develop the bar team, maintain exceptional service standards, and drive operational and financial performance.

As Bar Supervisor, you will support daily service operations, ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation, and act as a leadership role model during peak service periods. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily bar operations

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurant environments
Experience managing large hospitality teams
Strong training and team development capability
