We seek to engage a productivity-oriented professional who will collaborate with the executive management team, to improve the underwriting and collection standards in alignment to local and international underwriting regulations, taking into cognizance, underwriting policies, guidelines, rating manual and insurance regulations associated with collections.

Responsibilities

• Start the loan underwriting process for each loan application from document collection to disbursement
  
• Ensure all documents are properly executed before loan disbursement
  
• Ensure all direct debit mandates are properly set up for each loan disbursement
  
• Follow up with customers after disbursement for repayment remainder
  
• Record collections for customers from each collection channel
  
• Maintain a portfolio of less than 5% Portfolio At Risk (PAR)
  
• Any other things that are assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to design and implement  credit risk framework
  
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  
• Ability to decode and implement credit risk framework
  
• Ability to generate credit leads from farmed leads
  
• Ability to effectively underwrite according to the company’s credit policy and risk framework
  
• Ability to follow up on disbursed loans and collect repayments with minimal supervision
  
• Ability to follow up with overdue and recover with minimal supervision
  
• Ability to maintain proper records for the management
