ASSISTANT AUDITOR JOB AT A RURAL BANK
A reputable Rural Bank in Ashanti Region is looking for qualified applicants to occupy the following positions: ASSISTANT AUDITOR
Responsibilities:
- To begin with, Supporting the accounting and auditing team in their daily functions.
- Then, Preparing and managing audit budgets.
- Also, Verifying company financial information.
- Moreover, Planning and performing company financial audits.
- Furthermore, Creating and managing internal auditing systems.
- Additionally, Preparing audit reports and statements for company managers.
- Afterwards, Resolving client audit queries efficiently.
- Last but not least, Ensuring compliance with state and company best practices.
- Finally, Training and mentoring Audit Interns.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or at least a part in ICA or ACCA
- Familiar with Rural Bank operations will be an added advantage
- Proven work experience in Audit
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Sound independent judgment.
