Job Description
Our Company is a limited liability company that deals in food commodities such as rice, sugar, wheat, oil, tin-tomaties, etc. Manufacturing is also a major aspect of our unique product (Twist) soon to hit the market.
The company is a 100% owned Ghanaian company with it state of the art factory at Lapaz with a well-organized managerial team with highly spirited teamwork in force.
Position
The Sales Executive is responsible for the sale of Twist Mix product in a defined sales environment or territory. They become the brand ambassador of the company and are responsible for representing the brand in a good and positive light. In addition, the position provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and development of new products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and recommending them to management through the sales manager.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Candidate Must Have
• High energy and a sense of urgency in pursuit of target and rigorous deadline
• Understand the value of chain of command
• A critical thinker with high managerial skills
• Bold and confident with communication
• Technical hands-on competence
• Any additional certificate will be a plus for the candidate.
