Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Day to day management of office staff.
* Responding to routine mails.
Qualification/Requirements:
1st Degree with a Master’s in Public Administration or an MBA.
2. Position: Personal Assistant
Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Managing calendar of Head of Entity.
* Ensuring effective secretarial support and management of Head of Entity’s office.
Qualification
* First Degree in English or Humanities.
* Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
3. Positions: Mail Administration/Filling and Records Management Officer
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Receiving incoming and outgoing mails.
* Recording and sorting out mails into functional files for processing.
Qualification
* First Degree in any relevant discipline.
