• You will take ownership of the Business Analytics Strategy Execution in your scope
• You will ensure compliance to the Business Analytics Technology and Solution in your scope
• You will share Business Analytics Knowledge and best practices with cross – functional teams
• You will drive the adoption Data Standards and Business Analytics Reports across all function
• You will provide support the business users on Data standards and Business Analytics solutions
• You will provide trainings to the business users on best practices and Analytics toolset

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar role
• Possess a thorough understanding of the report development life–cycle and methodologies including both waterfall as well as scrum. Understanding of core EDW for Nestle – SAP BW and what data is part of current Globe repository including other repositories like DSR, NPDI, GREAT etc and Complimentary apps
• – Ideally Business Operational experience on more than 1 functional area and ability to understand the end to end business processes and how analytics can help with effective decision-making Good knowledge of existing BW functional reports and RDD’s to understand the metadata and what is the source of these reports in ECC
• Ability to translate Business Requirements into technical and functional specification documents Good knowledge of Nestlé business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Significant Experience using MS Excel (macro, vba) and Access. Ideally having knowhow of how to develop PowerBI solutions and SAP Business Objects knowhow is extremely good. Understanding of what other external data is acquired in respective market
• Knowhow of MS SQL and R scripting would be highly desirable.
