This facility branded as the Safari Valley Resort where “Hospitality will mimic nature” seeks to employ hotel professionals with the right competencies, skills, nd character into its fold.

A wide range of both blue and white collar jobs are available for prospective applicants.

The Safari Valley Resort is looking for applications to fill the following front office jobs

Selected candidates will be subjected to a three (3) months’ intensive and professionally measured training and orientation before the trial opening phase.

Again selected candidates would be accommodated on the premises where the resort is located to enable been to give customized services to the guests.

Guest Relations Officer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 2-3 years experience as a GRO in a 3 to 5 star hotel 
    • Familiarity with Hospitality industry standards
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any hotel management softwareSkills & Competencies
  • Attributes
    • Bilingual (High)
    • Good Communication skills (Medium)
    • Outgoing personality
    • Good interpersonal skills (Low)
  • Front Office Shift Supervisors

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
    • 2-3 years experience as a FO Supervisor in a 3 to 5 star hotel 
      • Familiarity with Hospitality industry standards
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any hotel management softwareSkills & Competencies
    • Attributes
      • Bilingual preferably (Medium)
      • Good Communication skills
      • Outgoing personality
      • Good interpersonal skills
    • Reservationists

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
      • 2-3 years experience as a Reservationist in a 3 to 5-star hotel
        • Familiarity with Hospitality industry standards
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any hotel management softwareSkills & Competencies

        • Outgoing personality
        • Good interpersonal skills
