A) RECEPTION (FRONT DESK PERSONNEL)
Customer care skills
Professionalism and accountability
Check in and Check out guests using computer software
Charismatic and outspoken to interact with guests in a professional and polite manner.

B) CHEF/COOK
Must be dedicated to Hygiene and Food Safety
Must be dedicated to quality and cost control
Must be dedicated to stock taking, keeping and ordering without loss.

C) WAITRESS/WAITER
courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet.
Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel.
