We are looking for a professional and motivated Registrations and Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Southport for 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

You will fill out registrations for new and used vehicles as part of this great opportunity. This will make sure that vehicles are delivered on time and to the right specifications.

• Register vehicles in line with Frizelle Sunshine guidelines
• Fill out and approve registrations.
• Handle internal paperwork about shipments
• Support sales departments as required
• Reconciliations
• Good time management for data entry
• Setting deliveries

Requirements

• Preferred Know how car dealerships work and have a basic understanding of the car business.
• Understanding how to keep track of stock (preferred)
• Understanding DTMR and RMS Registration Legislation QLD Registration Accreditation (preferred)
• Experience with computers from Reynolds and Reynolds and Pentana (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with other people are important.
• Word and Excel know-how
