About the Role
The Alumni Relations Officer role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities for graduates of the Business School. Job Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging alumni events across digital and in-person platforms effectively and professionally.
- Manage event lifecycles from concept development through implementation and post-event evaluation consistently.
- Develop and execute communication campaigns using email, social media, and website content strategically.
- Create compelling written content while coordinating design, photography, and marketing materials efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities and strengthen alumni relationships continuously.
- Maintain accurate alumni data while supporting reporting, analysis, and engagement tracking processes effectively.
- Act as a primary contact for alumni, providing professional communication and support across interactions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning and management across both physical and digital engagement platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and quality delivery consistently demonstrated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and targeted content.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building strong professional relationships effectively.
- Ability to manage and maintain data systems while supporting reporting and administrative functions efficiently.
