Job Title: HR Assistant
Position Overview

As an HR Assistant, you will engage in a diverse range of critical support tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include the following key areas:
- Recruitment and Onboarding Support: You will assist the HR team with scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires. Consequently, you will help create a positive first impression of our company.
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee files is a central duty. This involves processing updates related to personal information, contracts, and performance records with strict confidentiality.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: You will support the payroll process by compiling relevant data, such as attendance and leave records. Additionally, you will assist with the administration of employee benefits programs and related inquiries.
- HR Administration and Compliance: A significant portion of your role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks. These include drafting correspondence, preparing HR reports, and helping ensure all practices adhere to current labor laws and internal policies.
- Employee Relations Support: You will serve as an initial contact for basic employee questions regarding policies and procedures. Moreover, you will help coordinate employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.
- Data Management and Reporting: You will utilize HR information systems to generate reports on staffing, turnover, and other key metrics. Therefore, strong data entry skills and analytical attention are crucial.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
