Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate the daily activities of team members during assigned shifts
Support management in maintaining productivity and operational efficiency
Model brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Complete opening, daily, and closing operational checklists
Oversee cash handling and transaction security procedures
Resolve customer concerns in line with company service standards
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health and safety compliance
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and product receiving
Train new employees across various on-site brands
Report guest incidents, injuries, or property damage in accordance with procedures

Requirements
