The role involves working across multiple systems, including UKG payroll software and advanced Excel-based reporting structures. The successful candidate will manage high-volume seasonal onboarding and separations, including H-2B reimbursements, PTO payouts, and compliance documentation. Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll using UKG software and supporting Excel-based systems
Audit and reconcile payroll data across multiple financial and property management platforms
Manage payroll onboarding for high-volume seasonal and H-2B employees
Coordinate end-of-season payroll processes, including PTO payouts and reimbursements
Support annual payroll adjustments, bonuses, and compliance reporting
Complete quarterly and annual payroll verifications, including tax documentation
Generate payroll reports for HR and leadership teams
Collaborate with department managers to ensure payroll accuracy across properties
Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies
Support additional payroll and accounting tasks as required

Requirements

Basic payroll processing experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with complex data sets
Experience with UKG and/or Sage 50 systems considered an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational capability
Ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles in seasonal environments
